Open Access and Copyright
- Bagh-e Nazar is an open access journal published under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0).
- Copyright law is reserved for Bagh-e Nazar articles. The use of the information contained in the articles of Bagh-e Nazar is not prohibited with the precise mention of the source.
- If the manuscript is accepted for publication, the authors assign and transfer all rights and interests related to the copyright, whether in the current form or in any other form, to Bagh-e Nazar journal. This also includes revised or electronically published versions.
- When submitting an article, authors must declare their adherence to the Creative Commons and Open Access licenses and reserve copyright ownership. This work aims to ensure that the article is available to everyone and will be indexed in multiple databases and more people will be able to use it.
- Immediately after the publication of the article, its pdf files will be available to everyone for download.
- After accepting the manuscript, the author/authors must complete the "Copyright Release Form" and send it to the journal to complete the article acceptance process.
