Saheb Abad Garden & its square constructed in a specific period with a pre-designed plan & according to the specific socio-politic conditions. Comparison of the remained resources, including daily notes of the tourists, drawn maps and the oldest available map of Tabriz city (Metrakchy map, 1537-1538 A.D.) and reconstruction of the comp;ex, shows that, this complex most probably, is the first sample of urban development in Iran on non-organic basis. چکیده باغ صاحب آباد تبریز یکی از مهم ترین ابنیه تاریخی دوره آق قویونلوها (908-780 ه. ق.) است. مجموعه باغ و میدان صاحب آباد در یک دوره مشخص و با طرحی از پیش اندیشیده شده، با توجه به شرایط خاص سیاسی-اجتماعی شکل گرفته است. تطبیق منابع به جای مانده اعم از یادداشت های روزانه جهانگردان و کروکی های ترسیم شده با قدیمی ترین نقشه موجود شهر تبریز (نقشه مطرق چی،944 ه.ق.) و با بررسی نقشه بازسازی شده مجموعه، بیانگر این است که به احتمال زیاد این مجموعه اولین نمونه توسعه شهری در ایران به صورت غیرارگانیک است. https://bagh-sj.com/article_125_3def184ad8f4755ff269862ea77393dd.pdf
