In the past, buildings in addition to being beautiful, they had been accommodated with their background, and with respect to the surrounding environment. Today, the view of many Iranian cities is chaotic and disturbed and this is a result of the heterogeneous and disoriented association of form, activity and space on a large scale, and on small scale, it is due to the lack of harmony and proportionality in the composition of elements of the buildings that are formed together.<br />Research objectives: The purpose of this study was to extract the effective factors on the promotion of formal aesthetics of urban facades and their application in redesigning of Enqelab street facade in Sanandaj- between Namaki junction and Enqelab square- that is located in the historical context and the Primary core of Sanandaj. Since this research seeks to apply the available basic knowledge, belongs to the field of applied research, and as this research attempts to apply some criteria for the measurement and analysis of the environmental quality, it is considered as descriptive-analytic research.<br />Research method: This research tries to acquire a deep understanding of the current state of the area in order to redesign and reinforce the form of urban facades. To achieve this goal, the research process has been carried out in 3 stages: First, we examine theories related to urban aesthetics, then identify the components of the urban landscape and explain the physical goal, and in the 3rd stage a parametric model for the measurement and analysis of visual quality in the urban landscape is presented.<br />Conclusion: The results of this research will be presented as a guideline for enhancing visual aesthetics of urban landscape design. بیان مسئله: میدان‌ها و خیابان‌های شهر جلوه‌گاه محیط بصری به شمار می‌روند. در گذشته، ساختمان‌ها علاوه بر اینکه با ویژگی‌هایی منحصر‌به‌فرد، زیبا، شکیل و منطبق بر اصول زیبایی‌شناسی بصری اجرا می‌شدند، در نهایت احترام به بناهای پیرامون خود در زمینه جای می‌گرفتند. امروزه اما منظر بیشتر شهرهای ایران، آشفته و نابسامان است و این موضوع ناشی از عدم هماهنگی و تناسب در ترکیب عناصر بصری بناهایی است که در کنار یکدیگر جای گرفته‌اند.<br />اهداف پژوهش: هدف از انجام این پژوهش، استخراج مؤلفه‌های مؤثر بر ارتقای کیفیات زیبایی‌شناسی صوری جداره‌های شهری و اعمال آنها در طرح بازطراحی جدارۀ خیابان انقلاب سنندج است. پژوهش حاضر از لحاظ هدف، در زمرۀ تحقیقات کاربردی و از لحاظ روش انجام در زمرۀ تحقیقات توصیفی- تحلیلی قرار دارد.<br />روش پژوهش: برای رسیدن به اهداف پژوهش، فرایند تحلیل و ارزیابی کیفیت‌های صوری، که مبتنی بر کسب شناختی عمیق از وضع موجود محدودۀ مورد نظر است، در سه مرحله انجام شده است. به این ترتیب که ابتدا به بررسی تئوری‌های مرتبط با زیبایی‌شناسی شهری پرداخته شده است، سپس اجزای اصلی سازندۀ نمای شهری تبیین شده‌اند و در مرحلۀ سوم یک مدل پارامتریک برای سنجش و تحلیل کیفیت‌های بصری در نمای شهری ارائه شده است.<br />نتیجه‌گیری: روش تحلیل انتخابی در این پژوهش روش کیفی است. به گونه‌ای که کیفیت مطلوب را در تمامی ابعاد و مؤلفه‌های زیبایی‌شناسی مورد بررسی قرار داده است. لازم به ذکر است که تنها آن دسته از کیفیاتی در کانون توجه قرار گرفته‌اند که اعمال تغییرات درآنها می‌تواند موجب ارتقای کیفیت‌های صوری شود و با ارائۀ درک درستی از پتانسیل‌های بصری، انتظام بصری منظر شهری محدودۀ مورد مطالعه را افزایش دهد. نتایج بررسی‌های انجام‌شده نشان‌دهندۀ ناهماهنگی‌های بسیاری در جداره‌های محدودۀ مورد مطالعه است. بر همین اساس، نتایج نهایی حاصل از تحقیق در قالب تهیۀ طرح بهینه جهت بازطراحی جداره‌های این محدوده ارائه شده است. https://www.bagh-sj.com/article_103755_d7ec3c12a5e3fcb285a2304891fa8764.pdf
