sociological critique is a kind of critique that looks at the artworks In social context of it and the interactives between two sides, the artist/artwork with the community/periphery. The play, "Hokkam_e_Jadid" has been written in the midst of the Mashrooteh era and its struggles and reflects, the great changes in society from the most basic aspects to the most external surfaces, in the era of revolution, the new-era or long-standing social-economic classes, but the losers of The ruling classes gather their forces to demand their rights and try to make the former class of the class to their advantage and benefit from justice. This research, in its sociological viewpoint, uses the library method, and the basic sociological critique of the essays, with the look at the writings of Lewin Goldman and the classical and of the constitutional era, has been left out of the books and reproduced the text of the play in this framework.
