This indicates that the former concept is influenced by the social and political conditions, and the worldviews of various societies. Blind acceptance of any of the West-borne conceptions may result in deviation of Iranian urbanization and, consequently, deviation of urban plans from their main objective as manifestation of the ideals of the school of Islam in urban spaces.Purpose: The main purpose of this research, is: To offer a framework for spatial justice based on ideas of Muslim scholars in the field of urban planning; and to understand how the Atigh local plan in Tabriz city achieve spatial justice Methods: The present study is a developmental one and its methods in the explanatory section imply using a logical reasoning approach while in evaluation sections an analytic-descriptive approach has been adopted. For the purpose of collection of required research data, we have used the methods of documentation and surveying using questionnaires.Findings of the Study: It is argued that the main focus of justice among Muslim thinkers is: “Rightfulness, Opposing-oppression, Fairness, and Human Dignity”. According to these four key features, spatial justice in urban planning can be characterized in four key criteria: “the right to the city, social mobilization, spatial balance, and empowerment.” Findings of this research show that the Atigh local plan has not been successful in achieving the spatial justice. This plan has mitigated the existing inequalities through distributive justice, but has neglected the reformation of power structures and decision-making processes. Additionally, it can lead to increased civil dissatisfaction in practice.}, keywords = {muslim thinkers,Spatial justice,Atigh local plan and Tabriz City}, title_fa = {ارزیابی عدالت فضایی در توسعۀ مجدد فضاهای شهری؛ مورد پژوهی : طرح موضعی عتیق شهر تبریز}, abstract_fa = {بیان مسئله : تاکنون تعریف واحدی از مفهوم عدالت فضایی در شهرسازی ارایه نشده است. این موضوع نشان‌دهندۀ وابستگی این مفهوم به شرایط اجتماعی، سیاسی و جهان‌بینی هر جامعه است. پذیرش دربست هرکدام از تعاریف غربی، می‌تواند شهرسازی ایرانی- اسلامی و طرح‌های شهری را از هدف اصلی خود، که همانا تجلی آرمان‌های مکتب اسلام در فضاهای شهری است، دور کند. هدف : هدف اصلی این پژوهش از یک‌‌سو، کشف یک صورت‌بندی بومی از مفهوم عدالت فضایی براساس آرای متفکران مسلمان در ساحت شهرسازی است؛ و از سوی دیگر این پژوهش به دنبال فهم رویکرد طرح موضعی عتیق شهر تبریز در زمینۀ چگونگی دست‌یابی به عدالت فضایی است. روش تحقیق : در این پژوهش در بخش تبیینی از روش استدلال منطقی و در بخش ارزیابی از روش تحلیلی-توصیفی بهره گرفته شده است. همچنین از شیوه‌های اسنادی و پرسش‌نامه‌ای برای جمع‌آوری داده‌های پژوهش استفاده شده است.یافته‌های تحقیق : از بررسی آرای متفکران مسلمان چنین استدلال می‌شود که محورهای کانونی عدالت در مکتب اسلام «حق‌گرایی، ظلم‌ستیزی، انصاف‌گرایی و اکرام انسان» است. از ترجمان فضایی این محورها در ساحت اجتماع شهری می‌توان به ‌ترتیب به معیارهای «حق مردم بر شهر، بسیج مردمی، تعادل فضایی و توانمندسازی» نایل شد. این معیارها در عین حال که به برون‌دادهای عادلانه توجه می‌کنند، فرآیندهای دست‌یابی به آنها را نیز جستجو می‌کنند. طرح موضعی عتیق شهر تبریز، دستیابی به عدالت فضایی را تنها از طریق برون‌دادهای عادلانه جستجو کرده و نسبت به اصلاح ساختارهای قدرت و فرآیندهای تصمیم‌سازی بی‌توجه بوده است؛ این مهم در عمل موجب نارضایتی شهروندان شده است.}, keywords_fa = {متفکران مسلمان,عدالت فضایی,طرح موضعی عتیق,شهر تبریز}, url = {http://www.bagh-sj.com/article_80613.html}, eprint = {http://www.bagh-sj.com/article_80613_f944000fdeed21574024873a4a1ec1cd.pdf} }
