These studies never detract from the values of the artworks, but demonstrate the share of ultra-aesthetic elements in them. The historical evidence of Qajar era reveals to us some manifestations of the impact of policies, especially those of the governmental elite1, on the art of this period. The headlines of governmental offices, orders, notifications, circulars, and political themes of the artwork are evidenced. In the second half of Qajar government, the growth of modern ideas created a new discursive space, the development of which had a significant impact on the emergence of artistic styles and appearance of eclectic styles. Focus on the interaction between art and politics and analysis of the factors affecting the formation of artwork are among the topics that have been less paid attention to by the researchers in this field. Yet, from among the factors influencing on the creation of works of art, governance policies have played a decisive role. The two fundamental questions this paper was formed to answer were what relationship there has been between art and politics during the Qajar era and what factors have influenced on it. This article aimed at evaluating how the governing elite dealt with artists, artworks, and their outcomes by using a descriptive-analytical method. The article has been further theoretically inspired by the relationship between knowledge and power based on Michel Foucault’s thoughts. Therefore, according to Foucault’s theories and viewpoints on the relationship between knowledge and power, the relations between art and politics were analyzed. The results of this study were indicative of the interactions between politics and art in the form of politics supporting art, and in some cases, contrasting it, the manifestations of which could be found in the critical aspects of the works of art.}, keywords = {art,Qajar,Fath ali Shah,Naser al-Din Shah,Politics}, title_fa = {پیوندهای هنر و سیاست در عصر قاجار و پیامدهای‌آن}, abstract_fa = {در بررسی تاریخ هنر عصر قاجار افزون بر عناصر زیبایی‌شناختی آن، فرایندهای اجتماعی، تاریخی و سیاسی مؤثر در شکل‌گیری این آثار نیز باید مد نظر قرار گیرند. این‌گونه بررسی‌ها به هیچ وجه از ارزش آثار هنری نمی‌کاهد، بلکه سهم عناصر فرازیباشناختی را در آثار هنری نشان می‌دهد. شواهد تاریخی عصر قاجار نمودهایی از تأثیر سیاست در هنر این دوران به ویژه سیاستگذاری‌های نخبگان حکومتی1 را بر ما آشکار می‌سازد. عناوین مناصب دولتی، فرامین، اعلان‌ها، بخش‌نامه‌های حکومتی و مضامین سیاسی آثار هنری شاهد این مدعاست. در نیمة دوم حکومت قاجاریه، رشد اندیشه‌های نوگرایی، فضایِ گفتمانی تازه‌ای را پدید آورد که این تحول گفتمانی تأثیر بسزایی در ظهور سبک‌های هنری و پیدایی سبک‌های تلفیقی داشت. توجه به تعاملات هنر و سیاست و تحلیل عوامل مؤثر در شکل‌گیری آثار هنری از جمله موضوعاتی است که کمتر مورد توجه پژوهشگران این حوزه قرار گرفته‌؛ به طوری که در میان عوامل تأثیرگذار بر خلق آثار هنری، سیاستگذاری‌های حاکمیت نقش تعیین‌کننده‌ای را ایفا کرده است. دو پرسش اساسی که مقالة حاضر در راستای پاسخگویی به آن شکل گرفته، چگونگی مناسبات هنر و سیاست در عصر قاجار و عوامل مؤثر بر این مناسبات است. مقاله حاضر بر آن است تا با استفاده از روش توصیفی- تحلیلی، نحوة برخورد نخبگان حکومتی با هنرمندان، آثار هنری و پیامدهای ناشی از آن را مورد بررسی قرار دهد. این نوشتار نیز در بُعد نظری از مناسبات دانش و قدرت در اندیشه میشل فوکو الهام گرفته است. لذا بنا بر نظریه و دیدگاه فوکو در مناسبات دانش و قدرت، روابط هنر و سیاست مورد تحلیل واقع شده است. دستاوردهای این پژوهش نشانگر تعاملات سیاست و هنر در قالب حمایت‌های سیاست از هنر و در مواردی نیز تقابل هنر و سیاست است که نمودهای این تقابل را در مضامین انتقادی آثار هنری می‌توان یافت. }, keywords_fa = {هنر,قاجار,فتحعلی‌شاه,ناصرالدین‌شاه,سیاست}, url = {http://www.bagh-sj.com/article_40389.html}, eprint = {http://www.bagh-sj.com/article_40389_1494110bd90400a1546b1f81ae9eb329.pdf} }
